thank you very much. appreciate it.

the last post was what I was looking for, and found the link very usefull. However, it is interresting to note once again that P/P are medium dependant, and thus the existance of the free space constants reflect the existance of how space interacts to make the constants what they are.

my only question that still remains is this.

Does the expansion of space/time have an influence on these constants?
