howdy...

I have a question for you. probably similar to another allready asked by myself. (no comment) : )

What do you consider when presenting the following situation:

Take a given mass density 'X'. Place this mass into volume of space, 'N'. Now measure the Permeability/Permitivity constants associated with these variables.

Now, take the same, 'X' and now place it into a volume of space, 'S'. S = 10^15 times that of 'N'. Now measure the P/P constants associated with the new variables...

Are there any differences? If not, why doesn't the volume size of space that is expanding have anything to do with Permeability constants? It seems that they would.
