It depends on what you mean by close.

How about the center of our Mikly Way galaxy?

Alternatively M32 is fairly close.

There may be "baby" black holes closer, but we just cant detect them yet... YET!

just a thought, I am willing to bet that man made problems that we have will get us befor any black hole will!
