What makes the constant of P/P what they are? constants become varables and then new constants due to cahnges at the (mitotic)level. : What are they directly corrolated to? What ever form of energy,or make state they acheive or decate and then on..... : The mass density of the cosmos, perhaps? There is on measure of mass density of the whole universe it changes to often..
