i'm doing a research paper on black holes (very general) and i was wondering if anybody could help me out some. kind of like an interview on perspective & research. could i ask a few questions? please reply. 1. with current research, how probable do you think it is that black holes are at the center of spiral galaxies? if so, are spiral the only kinds of galaxies w/ black holes @ the center? 2. why does it seem like x-rays are the only kinds of em waves that escape the pull, when visible light is just another spectrum of em radiation? 3. other than x-rays, are there any other signs used to look for black holes? 4. what is the most obvious observable evidence pointing to the existence of black holes? 5. by looking at and for black holes, what are we trying to prove right now? other dimensions? aspects of gravity/space/reality? are we trying to prove anything, or do you think people are just curious?
