Gravity Propulsion Technology

Does anyone have a clue as to how we could harness gravity as a form of propulsion? If gravity is indeed an exchange-particle field, then shouldn't it be possible to create and focus a gravity field through the exchange of antigravitons (or some other unknown "mass" for a repulsive gravity force field)? Regardless, this would be the ultimate form of propulsion that would revolutionize travel, particularly interstellar travel. Perhaps that's what UFOs are. For example, it would be easy to attain relativistic speeds, buffer out g loading on occupants, and direct air flow/stellar particle flow away from the craft. How much more research & development until we gain this technology?
