: In order to avoid general confusion caused by lack : of basic knowledge of the STR, I by now commit to : submit a reasonable explaination to questions, problems etc. concerning the Special Theory of Relativity posted below.

: In order to get started-- try and consider the results : of the following STR expressions;

: Gamma Factor:

: : (1-v2/c2)-1/2

: Lorentz transformations:

: : x'=(x-vt)*(1-v2/c2)-1/2

: y'=y

: z'=z

: : t'=(t-vx/c2)*(1-v2/c2)-1/2

: : Velocity addition

: u'=(u+v)/(1+uv/c2) [u'=(u-v)/(1-uv/c2)]

: If thus one is in whole lost-- fear not. : I shall be more than glad to respond even to the most fundmental questions.

the expression -1/2 ((for x2-- 1/x)) flew by; once again-- do post your questions & thaughts of the STR ((phil. & phys., that is))
