How something, unexist, 0, zero, nothing, can made something exist, like mass=mass moving process=energy?

What kind of mathematics formula can view this?

Maybe, (E=MC^2)+X,

where X is unknown matter=mass=mass motion=energy; at this space, big ball-room space, without 'skin'.

Maybe, ((E=MC^2)+X)=BR

where BR is this ball-room=space=where we are.

Hmm. Why BR exist.

Just wondering
