time goes whether you like it or not, sure, it's just our way of explaining the process of our unit of measurement but something causes it to happen.

we move at different speeds because that's how light affects the shadows and growth of objects around us.

when light speed is changed, adjusted, or slowed, time does the same.

you stop, slow down, or speed up the speed of light, and you do the same to time. you erase everything by inserting anti-matter in a matter area, you erase the time and matter in the area. if it can be controlled, time travel can be controlled.
