You haven't explained how to travel back in time, but you have explained the basis of a warp engine. Well, kinda....you can travel faster than the speed of light as long as you bend space time, you don't even have to be moving at all to start it, just a HUGE HUGE HUGE centralized mass, even larger than that of a black hole.
