: Look at space.

: You see light-points.

: You see matter.

: What is time?

Space and Time are related to their counterparts, Mass and Motion, in this way...

Space*Mass*Gravity & Time*Motion*Velocity (c)

Lets look at, Time, Motion and Velocity (c) Some believe that Space/Time is a constant and that light speed is relative... I differ.

One has to observe what light is and why it moves at the velocity it does. Light is energy. It has no mass. Why does it travel at a given velocity? Because that is what time moves at.

If you were a photon of light looking out at the universe you would observe space and time to be infinitely curved. You would traverse instananeously from point A to B. However, as an observer of that same light beam, it appears to travel at X velocity. Why is that again? Because the velocity of light is the benchmark constant of time; relative to the reference frame thereof.
