What is speed of light?

It 'born' at sun. Start to go, speed is zero. Speed accelerate, 'travel' its own distance, 'die'. I think that speed of light has Speed-distance X-Y curve, where X is speed of light m/s and Y is Distance (light source an seeing point.)
