: : : It is my belief that black holes are the begining and the end of large areas of the universe, but when viewed in the perspective of and infinite distance in all possible directions, can be viewed as a small but important piece of the machinary. : : I go on to say that if the universe is in fact infinite, then there is an infinite and constantly changing number of an infinite variety of possibilities at and point. UH, that is if there is such a thing as a point (HA! HA!). : : Anyway, if we are not wiped out instantly by a black hole the size of our known universes bounderies speeding toward it's compliment and engulfing us, and you are interested in discussion, e-mail me and let me pick your processor. : : Thanks, Billy (Caveman)

: The thing about an infinite universe (and infinite matter to go with it) is that INFINITY defeats all manner of odds. You ask what the odds are that there is another planet capable of sustaining life like this one? Well, if there is an infinite amount of matter in the universe then not only are there planets out there like that, but there are an INFINITE number of planets like that. Even if the odds are a trillion to one, with an INFINITE number of planets to choose from it is certain that a HUGE number are like that (obviously not a very high density of them).

: Furthermore, there are likely to be EXACT duplicates of every person living on earth, somewhere else in the universe, if the universe is indeed infinite. Given that the odds against it are easily somewhere aroung 10x30th power, or some fantastic number, there are easily a billion billion billion billion (!!!) times that many planets out there.... infact the number is infinite. So not only is there at least ONE group of individuals out there talking about this on some otherworldly internet, but there's an INFINITE number of exact duplicates of all of us (though my duplicates are all in better physical condition than I am to be sure)

Cool Man! No, No, No, I say infinite nothingness(universe/space) whithin which is finite amount of matter!!! Aye, I just now found these responses like this one, what am I doing wrong on this flabergasted computer?? I always go to the astronomy.net on search, then go down through the msg files, how has your msg been hiden all this time, I don't even know how I found it this time! Instruct me! Pretiate it, gone to class. Billy. : Patrick "General Kang" Brennan
