Theory Of Relativity: True Or False?

Ive come across a couple of sites that try to disprove this theory. Im not a physics expert, but alot of their arguments seem valid. I just wondered what anyone else (preferably someone who really knows what they're talking about) thought about it. Here are two of the sites: (lots of math)
