What Is Wrong With This?

Please if you could note what is wrong with this 'theory'. Such as follow ups and links.

Black Matter is nothing, a result of the 'big bang'. If it was nothing then it would collapse But the net of stars(ect..) keep it together and when there is a fault its where black holes are.

its very brief manly because i do not want to sound like a idiot. Im not some genius at all and i know this but would like to know peoples direct option.. without put downs.
