Other than being a catchphrase antigravity does not exist, on the other hand accellerated gravity is a possibility. accellerating gravity for all purposes is the same as jet propulsion, for every action there is... blah blah... we know that. There is a little know theory called Zero Field, zero field is much like it's namesake. If you zero or cancel "gravity, inertia, magnetism ect. you stand outside the natural barriers. Forget time, it only exsists as a measurement. If you are looking for propulsion methods only, you should study Fiber Optic's.
