Why We Can't See Inside A Blackhole?

well, we can't see what is inside of a black hole because scientiest says that not even light can't escape from the blackhole....
but may be light can escape and we can't see inside of it because may be there is nothing of which light can reflect and come back again!

is this possible? remember its just an opinion! correct me if iam wrong?
