Thank you for your explanation.

The approximate “at rest” electron wave length can be obtained by assuming that the internal zitter*&%@# energy if the electron is contained in particles inside the electron with potential energy. The velocity of these (imaginary / real) particles can be derived.
If the calculated velocity of these particles is used with the total mass of the electron the correct wave length is determined by the de Broglie equation.

This was accomplished Bohr in the early 1900's.

Of course we have no proof that these smaller-then-electron particles actually exist, but the math does work.

In this case the two entities would be contained inside the electron.

This however gives us two entities again.
