the answer is no. the de Broglie equation will always yield a wavelength for the entity.

so now lets introduce another entity, they are moving relative to one another so now according to your logic there is some "special" velocity at which one or more of these entities shall display particle properties or wave properties.
but this is in error. if you apply the de Broglie equation you still are yielded a wavelength for either entity.
