Yes material entitie dual properties exist but...

The velocity differential between two particles determines the type of encounter they will have assuming their mass remains constant.

If they (do not) exceed the critical velocity then they will exhibit wave properties.

If they (do) exceed the critical velocity they will exhibit particle properties.

The critical velocity changes with mass.
The earth must travel unthinkably slow to exhibit wave properties.
An electron can travel relatively fast and exhibit wave properties.

I insert ( ) not just for you but for others.
I read the forum for a long time before I posted and the people which used this technique made it easier for me to understand what was said and by who.
