blackholes are indeed in are universe. The job of a blackholes is to not destroy a universe but to build a new one.The theory goes like this: there are two universes. These universes are sort of laid out in a rather strange way in which one universe overlaps the end of the other. That is rather how their life would look on paper if described. Now the blackholes are here to transfer energy from one universe to the other and vice-versa.Now this continues until the star receiving the energy on the other side dies and ends in a supernova now this means both ends are now blackholes. This however is not the end for after that they continue to draw in energy from both universes only the energy is now contained in the center of this giant wormhole connecting the two blackholes. The gravity there is so great it reduces this massive amount of energy down to the size of an atom(keep in mind this does not change the amount of energy stored in there). This is an Ultrastar(a star storing immense power in a small atom) as I have termed it.The ultrastar is indeed the cause of the giant big bang so if this theory is correct than blackholes do indeed exist and are needed to continue the universe.
