In the topic of zero point energy, the harmonic oscillations of an individual atom for example, possibly cease at absolute zero degrees Kelvin. This will create what is called a Quantum Vacuum. This all being theory, and yet to be proven, is it possible? In fundamental quantum mechanics, it says that even near or at absolute zero degrees Kelvin, there still is a small energy present. If a Quantum Vacuum actually could exist, could this create an anti-gravity effect?
