If you are saying that gravity travels instantaneously then I think you should check this site.

They found gravity to travel the speed of light with a 20% error factor. The velocity of gravity is not known exactly, but its not infinite either.

Unless we can explain the physical test results another way, I'm going to have to flush a lot of ideas I had.
