Your description of the visual effect of an observer outside the event horizon is correct.

If a gravity field is composed of energy waves it must also red shift and diminish in strength and the ability to transmit force.

A wave field cannot escape a black hole event horizon to transfer a force ouside of itself.

This is the dilemma, as gravitational force becomes increasingly stronger "wave fields” must decrease in their ablilty to transfer force.

I have at least one solution to this dilemma, but I am interested in others perspectives.

If you have a solution I’m interested.

Make some waves.
