Check out www.electrotherapymuseum.com, and any
of teslas lectures, pbs.org has a good collection
of lectures(see tesla master of lightning).
the guy who constructs the coils at the electro
therapy museum is making the coils correctly, how
ever he appears to not be using rectified ac, if
he powered these disruptive coils with high voltage D.C. he would see a far more interesting
effect.
The philadelphia experiment involved a destroyer
class naval ship in 1943, tesla and steinmetz deve
loped a way to produce a very strong rotational
electrostatic field, using teslas disruptive dis-
charge coils, this was intended to make it invisible to radar and create partial optical invisibility. it ended up producing a spatial
warpage or distortion that actually displaced the
vessel for a short time(quantum teleportation).
I believe this happened, a relative who worked for the fcc claimed to have been on the ship prior
to the experiment, and saw the coils and other devices, i have a strange vacuum tube oscillator,
that was given to me by this relative before he
passed away, i suspect it may have been utilized
in this project.
Everyone seems to be stuck on idea that magnetic fields are the key to unlocking the
secrets of antigravity and overunity, i know that
its actually the electric field, or rather E-field
interactions, and impulses, a magnetic field is actually weak and only a side effect of the far more powerful pulsed electric field.
