Redshifts For Other Reasons

than the expansion of the universe.
1. Doppler effect - stars having velocity away from you will transmit redshifted light

2. Light climbing out of a gravitational well will be redshifted in proportion to the potential energy it gained due to gravity

Those are the only ones I know.

Dust reduces light intensity but does not redshift the light as far as I know

Astronomers average the velocities over entire galaxies thus removing 1. Not much light experiences 2 except light com9ng from nearby black holes

Are there any others?\
