Mentally ill. He deserves our sympathies. It is very possible that Mike's past homeless lifestyle is not over. Most homeless people, I believe, suffer either from severe addictions or mental illness. Our society just doesn't do enough to flag those with these kind of problems and force them to live in an institution or under some kind of supervision. People like him should be identified early in life and be forced to take their drugs, but that's just not to be. |
