I have to say that in the title because Ruquist kept telling folks not to read my posts. Then he spams a whole professional area by agreeing with Ray in all seriousness when Ray perhaps was being a little bit theatrical.

It is no more fair to equate psychology with torture because some of them are bad
than to equate business or government with
torture because some of them are bad.

Psychology is capable of being as much a
science as astronomy is...if its conclusions
are carefully couched in terms which reflect
the huge numbers of variables in play.

I'd post a quote from Whitehead but I don't
see that anyone here would give a darn.
So I'm just housekeeping.
