Bruce gave us the link. It makes everything clear except for the EPR effects of separated single particles.

Even with the EPR effects, it has been shown that using the physics definition of information, information cannot transmitted faster than the speed of light. So information is the thing that is limited by the speed of light.

Experiments show that in exponential light paths, light can exceed the wave velocity of light. But even with paths having exponential segments, information cannot be transmitted faster than the wave velocity of light.
