but start with the Taylor and Wheeler heading. The problem was that I used the left bracket for 'less than' and it cut it off there. Another thing I've noticed about this forum is that it will accept HTML for 'font face=symbol' but not sub or superscript? If you want to think space is falling into the black hole you won't be alone. Seems to be a common analogy but there is really nothing in GR to support that notion. Maybe a background free quantum gravity theory will lead to such a conclusion. Something like space itself is conprised of matter in all its forms rather than being something unto itself.
