1) Electrons repell from other electrons thus move from NEGATIVE potential (away from many electrons) to positive (toward less electrons).

2) Virtual gravitons (=fluctuations of energy, thus of mass) carry spin 2, thus result in NEGATIVE recoil when created/absorbed (and negative recoil is what we call attraction). Magnitude of recoil (=momentum of virtual graviton)diminishes in 3-D space as inverse square due to Heizenberg uncertainty principle. Thus the inverse square law of gravitational attraction. Because gravitons move with speed of light, Lorents transforms for them results in general relativity.

3) Transforming electric field from non-moving into moving system using Lorents transformations you get DIFFERENT expression than the stationary electric field. This difference (=relativistic part of moving electric field) is what we call magnetic field. So, magnetic field is simply electric field of moving charge.

4)E=mc2 is simply relativistic work to accelerate mass.

5)Force is defined as F=dp/dt. Because for small velocities p=mv, so F=d(mv)/dt = mdv/dt +vdm/dt. If the mass m does not change with time (dm/dt =0), then F=mdv/dt = ma (because a=dv/dt by the definition of acceleration). That is why F=ma (for special case of slow velocities and constant mass).

Any more WHY questions? It is main goal of science to explain WHY.
