My understanding is that in General Relativity geometry replaces the gravitational field. There is no gravitational field in GR to act on light. So then how the geometry is preventing the escape of light? Do you think the geometry is static?

Besides it seems to me that your own equations suggest that the coordinate system is being sucked into the black hole. You first stated that there is a shell at r, and then evaluated it at the event horizon and found that it is moving at the speed of light. Now you say that there is no shell there. I cannot understand the contradictions.
