Part of the Ted Bunn Faq states that vacuum fluctioations have been proven to occur. I would like references please. Having not read any material on these phenomena, is it not possible that the occurances are in fact artifacts or that the "vacuum was not completely energy free (if such a thing is possible) and/or if the vacuum is not complete then was all the energy accounted for? the energy |
