Dear Sir,
I don't understand what you mean by "the pipe is lifted out of water, except 10 meter"

I am lifting only last 11 meter segment of pipe. NOT ENTIRE PIPE. How much energy will it require to lift 11 meter long rubber pipe full of water of cross sectional radius 1 centimeter? It will take few seconds to lift pipe to 11 meter. You said that water will drain back to the reservoir. But water is flowing from dam to end "B" for 23 days 10 hours through this pipe because information regarding event occured at end "B" is not reached to water in Dam. If you say that water will return to dam, then where the water which is still flowing from dam to end "B" is going?

I request you to read my article again. Thanks for your reply.
