That is the name of a new book, 2001, that discusses the conceptual limits of General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics, as well as the difficulty of combining the two of them into one theory. It discusses the various concepts of time that come out of GR and the various interpretations of quantum mechanics. Basically it suggests that out knowledge of nature via science is at best superficial and that we have no idea what the fundamental nature of nature is.
