Is that 1-1/2 packs a day
equal to 4 chest X-rays a _day or
or 4 chest X-rays a _year or
4 chest X-rays in a life time?
Sometimes newspaper articles do not make this fine distinction, or we are to assume the units of time are the same...but we don't know unless they say so.
