Virtual Particles Of Static Field

Another explanation offered by scientists is that the static fields of gravity and charge are felt outside because of virtual particles that are not confined by the speed of light. Another example of the same effect is tunneling which happens faster than the speed of light. The 'not quite formed' theory only applies to distant observers. |
