My Dear Michael,
I have questioned these charge phenomena also. I remember a report that there is some sort of a sonic static charge in all parts of the universe not discounting black-holes. I read an article that explained the sounds in space and reported that these sounds produce static charges that may be producing time rifts. Have you heard or read anything on this phenomenon also?
Let me try and look up where I heard about and read about this. When I find the article I will post it.
