which is the GR bookkeeper all objects including light have a velocity of 0 at r=2M. The proper velocity of freefalling objects is c at r=2M and approaches infinity as the object approaches r=0. If you integrate the expression you can show that the average proper velocity between r=2M and r=0 is 3/2 c. As the freefalling object falls from r=2M to r=0 he will still measure the coordinate velocity of light to be c. Keep in mind we are theoretically evaluating a space which is casually disconnected from the GR bookkeeper (us or anyone outside the event horizon). Fun stuff though.
