Chemistry is interaction of charges (=math, called quantum mechanics), biology and life is a chemistry (=math), social behavior is the result of brain chemistry.

BUT not all complex systems can be predictable. Due to exponential terms in equations describing many of complex systems, slight change of inintial conditions (sometimes on the level of quantum fluctuations due to uncertanty principle amplify many orders, resulting in essential difference down the road (you may call it catastrophic behavior).

So, despite that all complex systems obey math, their behavior down the time may be unpredictable because we do not know all initial conditions precisely (and may not know them by limitations imposed by mathematics itself in form of Heisenberg uncertainty principle or other mathematical rules).
