No, Math Shapes Events. We Just Learn It (math).

all processes and events in universe mathematically follow from more fundamental processes, and so on. We just do not know those more fundamental mathematical processes yet.

So far there were no cases of "hitting the bottom" of processes where math does not work any more. At any "crash" we find that we either just have limited information about initial conditions or do not know yet interplay of mathematical objects/phenomena below resulting in "above". Later we find them and math/logic chain is fully learned one step futher.
