Logic Is Valid By Definition.

Take a definition "death = absense of life", for example. You therefore can NOT have object at both life and death states - because you DEFINED death as ABSENSE (lack) of life, thus by this very DEFINITION life and death are 2 mutually exclusive states.

So, logic is just a product of definitions.
