Yes, Expanding Spiral By Straight Moving Photons.

If you neglect by gravity or refraction index change.

So, millisecond pulsar has a "very tight" 300-m spacing spiral made of straight moving photons. The "light spiral" for, say 1000 light year away such beacon has about 3x10^13 turns between the pulsar and Earth. But each photon moves along a straight line from the pulsar.
