Mark,lightspeed is 186K miles per sec,fixed.
Think of a pulsar spinning at once per sec,how can the light it emits be a like a beacon to us light years away.You have a laser Mark,on another world with two moons two light secs from each other,move your laser from one moon to the other in one sec,what configuration does the light from your laser take?Can't be a curve Mark,light only travels in a straight line.Can't travel in a straight line to the other moon tho' physics do not allow....
