Pulsar,lighthouse Beacon

Alexander,lightspeed is fixed and finite.To an independant observer a pulsar rotating at once per sec would spew out light in the configuration of a spiral.Draw on a piece card a thin spiral,put a matchstick through the centre,and spin it,see the spiral radiate outwards.The flash we see on earth from a pulsar is part of the spiral,'tis not a flash of a beacon like a lighthouse.
