No, speed of light is the constant for all frequences. It is not constant for all mediums but about the same for our perceptions. All the different waves you mentioned like gamma, x-ray, visible radio, etc. are just names for different frequencies. c = wavelength * frequency Range limitations is attenuation and dissipation effect. the same uniform medium can not create different frequencies (else the medium is nonlinear transfer function - near strong gravity).
