sorry guys, but this question isnt particularly related with what has been asked in the first place by rich.

i dont mean to say here that i am short of clocks or something but what i want to know is that:

"does our present day knowledge tells us or the present day mathematics support any event where the clocks stop ticking (i mean we know the clocks can speed up, slow down and stuff so then why cant they stop at any place) ??????/

is there any place in this universe where the time stops?????????????

may be i am confusing something in my concepts of time dilation.
help.
please explain.
Iamnotagenius.
