Spies Are Everywhere.

You know well, it is all politics.

Of course, USA, Russia, China, UK, Germany, etc are constantly spying on each other (they all have a budget for that, and the USA's budget for spying is the "fattest" one, thus the CIA has most of the spies everywhere).

And, of course, opposite side always knows a few spies and watches them close (there is much more you can get watching them rather than stopping right away).

When something happens in politics and it is in an advantage to point on somebody's side spying (to alienate the public) the politicians always do that. This time it was triggered by recent Putin's initiative in European Union to built an aliance in Eutope to counterbalance NATO's growing influence in the region.

I think, we should expect soon "catching" CIA agent somewhere in Moscow or Arsamas.
