OK, let me explain you one more time. You have electric field around electric charge. Move the charge with constant velocity - and you get what we call (label as) a magnetic field, move it with acceleration - and you get what we call (label as) ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, ot a PHOTON. Ever heard these words?
