You Can Travel In Time...

...but only in the same irreversible direction of time itself!

You can 'travel' into the future by travelling at exceedingly high speeds (but not faster than light of course). If you travel fast enough for long enough, the time dilation effects within your time-frame will have allowed you to 'age' less than the earth that you left behind. Now, you want to make this a round trip so that you can see people again, but watch out, you'll need vaccines and quick - you have no built up immunity to whatever bugs have evolved in your absence!

You cannot 'travel' backwards in time, you cannot even look backwards in time - from so many light years away with a bloody good telescope - because you can't get so many light years away before the light you want to look at does!

You cannot travel faster than light, not even by warping space with massive gravity or whatever because you exist in that same space and are warped in the same way and so there is no net gain.

Btw, try looking into chaos theory for a while and learn that free will is an illusion!
